Some biological imbalances I typically address in my nutritional therapy consultations.

Q:
3. Supporting immunity and inflammatory processes

A healthy, balanced immune system identifies harmful stimuli including cuts, burns, infectious, toxic or 'foreign' substances that may pose a treat to the body, responds to the treat and repairs any damage caused by the harmful stimuli. Inflammation is part of your body's normal biological response to a harmful stimuli and is vital for survival (you would die without it), but if your immune system is out of balance this can lead to inflammatory processes becoming perpetual and damaging to the body affecting your optimal health and function.

Nutrition and lifestyle factors are vital to the maintenance of a balanced immune system and inflammatory response. Maria work one-to-one with clients providing expert advice and recommendations for balancing immune and inflammatory processes and to restore well-being and optimal function. Her clients include sports and business professionals for whom sub-optimal performance or 'taking a day off sick' is not an option.
